– The Tente Kappa range is designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, covering load capacities from 300 kg to 3,000 kg. Standard Kappa castors carry loads up to 1,200 kg, while the reinforced Kappa Load range carries up to 3,000 kg per castor.

– Wheel diameters range from 100mm to 300mm with overall heights.  Welded solid-steel housings provide excellent strength and are surface-treated for corrosion and rust protection.  Available housing options include swivel, fixed, directional-lock and total-lock configurations.  Axial ball and tapered roller bearings provide smooth steering and excellent maneuverability under heavy loads. Long-life grease, grease dispensers and dust-protected bearings support easy maintenance and continuous operation.

– Wheel options include elastic rubber, polyamide and polyurethane materials for quiet running, low wear, traction and reduced rolling resistance. Conductive, antistatic, non-marking and hydrolysis-resistant wheel versions are available for specialised applications.  Standard industrial plate fittings are securely connected with a kingpin and safety nut, with customised plate sizes available on request. The range is laboratory-tested to European standards and uses materials compliant with EU RoHS and REACH requirements.
