The castor features a stem with cam hole for profile bars fitting system for secure attachment to equipment frames.

– The housing is constructed from steel sheet, medium grade material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and reliable locking functionality.

– The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with thermoplastic rubber tread material for optimal floor protection and quiet operation, whilst the precision ball bearing system provides smooth rolling performance. The wheel diameters range from 100m – 150mm measure.

– Load specifications include a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it suitable for demanding applications in care beds, hospitals, and nursing and retirement homes where reliable mobility and secure positioning are essential requirements.
